1. Stay away from stressful people- If you continously are around stressful people than their stress will add to yours.

2. Eat Healthy and Exercise- There are many people that forget this simple tip. When finals come up they are so stressful that people do not really eat healthy because they just grab something fast to eat and get back to studying. Skip the sugar, and get something such as, fruits, vegetables, or granola bars.

3. Say NO- Say no to the people who want to waste time. People are going to try to get you to do things that will take away from your study time, but you have to just say no to them.

4. Take Breaks- For every hour you study, students should take a 15 minute break in between. This help students to become more focus when they are actually doing work.

5. Visualize it going Right- Visualize yourself already taking the test and feeling confident. Imagine knowing all the answers then picture the A on your test.

6. Get up your Confidence- This tip is just to convince yourself that you know you are going to do well.
